Rob M - “I just stayed at The Marker Hotel and all of the staff was great, but Blanca and Nessa the Reception Team had the biggest smile every time I saw them making me feel so welcome and I just had to say thank you because it made me feel real good. The hotel looked very good, bed was comfortable, great bottle of free water in the room and the hotel is just one block away from a wonderful 24 hours diner. Plus the hotel is next to the theaters, so easy access to the plays. Speaking of good, you folks make really good coffee in the morning too. I'm a travel agent so I will work hard to sell your hotel!”

Stuart A - “Stayed here for two nights. Walking distance from the train station. Hotel staff so helpful, we asked for a kettle in the room and they brought us one. The reusable water bottles were a great touch. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful. Went into bar and restaurant attached to the hotel for a drink but never ate there so can't comment on the food although what I saw looked good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again it was the perfect base to explore the city.”

Frank M - “This was the best hotel I stayed in on my last visit to America, everything was perfect, from the courteous friendly welcome, to the grand staircase (they have lifts as well), the flickering fires in the great fireplaces, the library, and then when you reach the room, there is a wonderfully eclectic range of furniture, a shower, with a bath (always a bonus), free coffee and tea every morning. Oh and a fantastic location close to Union Square, and all the main attractions of San Francisco, when I return to SF, this will definitely be the place i stay.”
